Our passion is Cuban Salsa, this vibrant, joyful and sensual music and dance from Cuba.
Salsa is danced by all generations in Cuba, it really is a social dance and it brings people together in the street, at parties and events like the Cuban carnival.
Salsa comes with many benefits such as increased levels of fitness, community spirit and just getting to meet more people. To add to this, it's a lot of fun and gives people from all walks of life a sense of belonging.
So come and join our Manuela Bailando Salsa world to get a taste of authentic Latin spirit in Leicester.
Salsa Classes for adults are our specialty but we also offer workshops, fiestas, private parties, Zumba classes as well as Salsa in schools and much more!
In our Salsa classes, the emphasis is on musicality and body movement as well as combinations. We get you dancing in no time and we practise Rueda, especially at Intermediate level. We follow a Dance syllabus designed by Rodolfo with clear progression and structure.
